Crossing the lines.

Most of us think of boundaries as something that is unmoving, set in stone, but in reality, boundaries are much more efficient when we know how to adjust them to benefit ourselves, situations and others. Boundaries are compassion, not roots.

When we take care of ourselves setting situational boundaries is easy, we are not wrapped up in how it will appear, we just know what works for us.

Boundaries are like emotions; there will be more times when we will need more self-care and times when we need to set parameters that are flexible or not so flexible, and in return it empowers everyone evolved.

The flexibility comes when we have a healthy rhythm of balance and flow within; allowing us to give and receive when it feels right. This awareness brings out the best in ourselves and honors everyone.

Setting up healthy boundaries is NOT a selfish act; it is an act of self-love, self-respect for ourselves and others. Dolby Dharma

Mantra: Practice boundary awareness. Move deliberately. 😉
