Who are you? What do you stand for?
Where do your thoughts go?
Did you know that what you think about yourself is important?
Did you know that those thoughts drive your waking state of being, controls your reactions and it actually shapes your physical appearance?
Who or what do you identify with?
Do you know yourself enough to be rooted in your authentic self?
Living from a place of unfathomed authenticity involves being rooted in your truth, your values, and your deepest beliefs.
Are you living a life that is a real reflection of your core essence?
What does authentic self-look like you might be wondering?
Acceptance…Yep…Accepting the Full blown parts of yourself; you may not always like them, but you are aware of them.
Only you can decide what needs to be changed, what resonates with YOU, by living YOUR truth and not someone else’s idea of how you need to be doing or living life.
The more you live in the shallow waters of your identity, the less you are in touch with your deeper self.
Mantra;  My self-love creates a solid foundation.
Author Clarissa Pinkola Estés encourages us to purge any tendencies we might have to think of ourselves as hounded animals, angry, wounded victims, leaky vessels aching to be filled, or broken creatures yearning for rescue. It so happens that now is a perfect time for you to perform this purgation. You have maximum power to revise your self-image so that it resounds with more poise, self-sufficiency, and sovereignty. To thine own self… Be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man.
