Taking Root in the In-between

That Space in-between is that stillness in the now that is fertile and present for us to get ready to feel all that is and take root and create our deepest desires.

That Space in-between is that nothingness we tend to rush through to get to the future, the things, we are focused on that have not yet happened.

That space in the now is that deafening place if we can sit with it allows us to feel everything within us and everything in our energetic field that can be quite loud for some of us, therefore we might avoid that in-between space.

That space has so much fierce clarity that it can be downright scary to sit in the energy and take root. That is where the ALL-knowing lies.

That space in-between the no longer and not yet happened is where the magic happens.

There is so much power in the in-between, that space is where we fuel ourselves up by taking on roots and being grounded so that we can take ourselves into the future with wisdom, courage, and strength. It is the space that we can know ourselves more.

When we can recognize that refueling our body-mind and spirit are vital to the next moment we can then lean into our sacred power and stop chasing an ever-changing endpoint of what our lives and success should look like, and let go what has weighed us down. There is total freedom in the center of our being, where the balance of life resides and gives us everything we need for our next breath, next step as we meet ourselves with honor, with love, and with compassion. Each day I explore the beauty in everything, including myself. I take root and notice.

“Always say “yes” to the present moment. What could be more futile, more insane, than to create inner resistance to what already is? What could be more insane than to oppose life itself, which is now and always now? Surrender to what is. Say “yes” to life — and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.”

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put; I AM and with that I have FAITH in; Myself.
